Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
The applicant has alleged violation of order of Writ Court dated 20.12.2017 passed in Public Interest Litigation (PIL) No.61344 of 2017. Relevant portion of the order dated 20.12.2017 is extracted herein below:-
"The writ petition is disposed of with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties with a direction to the respondent no.4, Tehsildar, Tehsil- Sadar, District- Mau to enquire into the matter and pass appropriate orders keeping in mind the judgment of the Supreme Court in the case of Jagpal Singh (supra) as well as the judgment of the Division Bench of this Court passed in Public Interest Litigation Petition No.63380 of 2012 (Prem Singh Vs. State of U.P. and Others) within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is received in his office."
Pursuant to the order of Writ Court, Case No.00475 of 2018 (Computerised Case No.D-201815510000475) has been decided by the District Magistrate, Mau vide order dated 08.02.2019.
Since, the Writ Court has only directed for disposal of the case and case has been disposed off, the order of Writ Court is complied with.
If the applicant is aggrieved by non implementation of order dated 08.02.2019, he may take legal recourse available in law.
The contempt application is dismissed and is consigned to record.
