Called in revised. None appeared to press this revision. In the circumstances, I myself have perused the record.
This criminal revision under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C., has been filed aggrieved by the judgment and order dated 20.01.2004. The Special Chief Judicial Magistrate, Agra, vide judgment and order dated 20.01.2004 convicted the revisionists and sentenced them to undergo three months simple imprisonment with fine of Rs. 200/ under Section 498-A I.P.C., with default stipulation.
Thereagainst, revisionist preferred Criminal Appeal No. 16 of 2004 and Appellate Court while dismissing appeal, confirmed order of conviction by judgment and order dated 28.06.2004. Being aggrieved the revisionist preferred present revision.
Having gone through the record, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in criminal revision.
Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
