This appeal has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 19.11.1983 passed by the Fifth Additional Sessions Judge, Allahabad in S.T. No.87 of 1981.

The sole appellant Suresh Goswami @ Surendra Nath Jogeshwar is reported to have died. The report of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Allahabad has been submitted in that regard, which is flagged 'A'. The documents annexed therewith suggest that the sole appellant Suresh Goswami @ Surendra Nath Jogeshwar has died about 10 years ago.

In view of the above, the appeal stands abated.
