Learned counsel for the applicant is not present.
It is stated that judgment of this Court dated 13.08.2019 passed in Writ-A No.12734 of 2019 has been complied with which fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the applicant.
In this respect, an order dated 16.03.2022 has been produced before this Court passed by opposite party deciding the claim of the applicant.
However, if the applicant finds that the order of Writ Court has not been complied with in letter and spirit, he is at liberty to file a recall application within a period of two months from today.
Since the order of Writ Court has been complied with, therefore, contempt notices are discharged.
The contempt application is dismissed and is consigned to record.
