Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for opposite party.
It is stated that judgment of this Court dated 13.09.2021 passed in Writ-C No.21198 of 2021 has been complied with which fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the applicant.
In this respect, a compliance affidavit has been filed annexing therewith the copy of the letter sent by RERA dated 04.05.2022.
However, if the applicant is aggrieved by the order passed by the authority concerned, she may avail remedy available to her in law.
Since the order of Writ Court has been complied with, therefore, contempt notices are discharged.
The contempt application is dismissed and is consigned to record.
