Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Bhanu Pratap Singh, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 3 and learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2.

This writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner for direction to the respondent authorities to compute the amount payable to the petitioner's father towards gratuity in terms of the scheme and released the same to the petitioner with 12% interest within stipulated period and further direction to the respondent no.3 to consider and decide the representation of petitioner dated 29.03.2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that subject matter of this case is covered by the judgment passed by this Court in Writ-A No.18350 of 2021 (Sarla Devi Vs. State Of U.P. And 3 Others) dated 23.2.2022.

This petition is disposed of in term of the direction given in the aforesaid judgment passed by this Court. The respondent No.3, Basic Shiksha Adhikari, District Azamgarh, is directed to take appropriate decision on the representation of the petitioner dated 29.03.2022 in the light of the case of Sarla Devi (supra) in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad is produced by the petitioner.
