Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.G.A.

By means of this present application the applicants are seeking quashing of the entire proceedings of charge sheet No.01/21 dated 8.1.2022 in case crime no.0294 of 2021 under sections 354, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 7/8 POCSO Act, Police Station-Munderwa, District-Basti as well as its cognizance order dated 18.4.2022 and entire proceedings of Sessions Case No.356 of 2022, (State Vs. Anil & Ors), under Sections 354, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 7/8 of POCSO Act, Police Station-Munderwa, District-Basti, pending in the Court or Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge, POCSO Act, Basti.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants are ready to appear before the Court concerned, file bail application and in case the bail application is filed, the same may be decided expeditiously.

In view of the above, prayers made in this application are rejected and this application is disposed of with the direction that in the event applicants surrender before the concerned court and thereafter files appropriate bail application, Trial Court will undertake all endeavour to decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law considering the judgment passed by Supreme Court in Satender Kumar Antil vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another, (2021) 10 SCC 773.
