The present application has been filed with the following prayer:

"To quash/set aside the impugned Charge Sheet No.16 of 2021 dated 29.06.2021 arising out of Case Crime No.58 of 2021, under Section 354kh, 323, 504 IPC, Section 7/8 of POCSO Act, Section 3(1)(Da), 3(1)(Dha), 3(2)5A of SC/ST Act, Police Station Fatanpur, District Pratapgarh as well as cognizance order dated 02.08.2021 passed by Special Judge POCSO Act, Pratapgarh in Special Session Trial No.726 of 2021 "State v. Brijesh Yadav @ Bachulal and other", in the interest of justice."

However, counsel for the applicant argues that applicant's bail may be directed to be decided.

Considering the limited submission, the present application is disposed off with direction to decide the bail application of the applicant in accordance with law with all expedition after taking into consideration the judgments that the applicant may chooses to rely upon.
