The controversy raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court dated 15.12.2020 passed in Writ-C No. 18212 of 2020 (Association of Minorities Educational Institutions Vs. State of U.P. and Others).

Considering the fact that the matter is squarely covered by the said judgment dated 15.12.2020 passed in Writ-C No. 18212 of 2020, the petition is disposed off on the same terms and conditions as contained in the said judgment dated 15.12.2020.
