Heard Mrs. Pooja Arora, learned counsel for the appellant through video conferencing and perused the record.

Issue notice to respondents returnable at an early date.

Steps in this regard be taken by learned counsel for the appellant within a week from today.

List in the first week of April, 2022.

Till the next date of listing, operation and implementation of the judgement and award dated 22.10.2021 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Lucknow (North) in Motor Accident Claims Petition No.237 of 2016 (Smt. Lata Devi And Others Vs. Vimal Kumar and Others) shall remain stayed, in case the appellant deposits the entire decreetal amount along with up to date interest, after adjusting the statutory amount deposited in this Court, as indicated in the judgment and decree dated 22.10.2021 before the Tribunal, within four weeks from today.

The office shall remit the statutory deposit to the Tribunal concerned, immediately.
