Union of India through General Manager, Northern Railway, Baroda House, New Delhi) shall remain stayed, in case the appellant deposits the entire decreetal amount along with up to date interest as indicated in the judgment and decree dated 15.11.2021, before the Tribunal, within six weeks from today.
