This criminal revision has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 2.4.2021 passed by Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Allahabad, by the application for maintenance has been allowed.

Notice against opposite party no. 2 not served as after selling his house, he has gone somewhere else.

Perused the impugned order by which, it appears that this criminal revision has been filed by wife herself. There appears no illegality or material irregularity or manifest error in the impugned order. It appears that due to efflux of time, revisionists have lost interest in the matter and do not want to pursue the matter further.

In view of the above, this criminal revision is accordingly, dismissed.
