This criminal revision is filed against the judgment and order dated 20.03.2006 passed by Family court, Agra in case no.264 of 2005 (Smt. Rachana Rajauriya vs. Jayesh Rajauria) under section 125 Cr.P.C., P.S.Tajganj District Agra.

Learned court below has allowed the maintenance application of revisionist and granted Rs.3000/- per moth maintenance to her. This revision has been filed for enhancement of the amount of maintenance allowance.

The impugned order dated 20.03.2006, more than 16 years have passed and circumstances must have been changed. The revisionist has a remedy to move application for enhancement of maintenance allowance in the change circumstances before the court below itself.

With the aforesaid observation, this revision is hereby dismissed.
