This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed against the order dated 5.08.2017. By the impugned order, learned court below awarded interim maintenance to opposite party nos. 2 and 3.

It appears that due to efflux of time, the matter has become infructuous and the parties have no interest in prosecuting the case.

In view of the above, this application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
