Heard the counsel for the revisionist.

The present revision has been filed challenging the order dated 16.7.2022 passed by the District Judge, Baghpat in Civil Appeal No. 15 of 2020.

The order has been passed in appeal proceedings and, therefore, in light of the judgment of this Court in AIR 1979 Allahabad 218, the present revision is not maintainable.

In view of the aforesaid, the revision is dismissed as not maintainable.

The revisionist may exercise any other remedy available to him in law.
