Heard learned counsel for the applicant and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that Case No. 9955 of 2021, under Section 498-A, 323, 504 and 506 of the IPC and under Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act arising out of Case Crime No. 0020 of 2021, Police Station Mahila Thana, District Kannauj has finally been adjudicated by the learned court below vide its judgment and order dated 05.01.2022 acquitting the applicants.

Pursuant to the order of this court dated 06.01.2022, a report has been submitted by the Civil Judge, Junior Division, F.T.C.-II, Kannauj enclosing therewith a copy of the judgment and order dated 05.01.2022 passed by learned trail court, which is on record.

Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that after the judgment passed by the learned trial court, the present petition has become infructuous.

Considering the aforesaid, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous.
