In compliance of the Court's order dated 23.03.2022, opp. party no. 12-Dr. Sarvendra Vikram Bahadur Singh, Director of Education (Basic), U.P. Lucknow and opp. party no.13-Prem Chanddra Yadav, District Basic Education Officer, Jalaun at Orai are present in Court

Sri Mata Prasad, learned Standing Counsel has filed compliance affidavit on behalf of opp. party nos. 12 & 13 today in Court, which are taken on record.

It is stated by learned Standing Counsel that the judgment of this Court dated 24.01.2022 passed in Writ Petition No.2646 and also the order dated 23.03.2022 passed in the present contempt application have been complied with, which fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the applicant.

Since the order of Writ Court has been complied with, therefore, contempt notices are discharged.

The contempt application is dismissed and is consigned to record.

This presence of opp. party no. 12-Dr. Sarvendra Vikram Bahadur Singh, Director of Education (Basic), U.P. Lucknow and opp. party no.13-Prem Chanddra Yadav, District Basic Education Officer, Jalaun at Orai is hereby exempted unless otherwise is called for by this Court.
