List has been revised but nobody is present on behalf of the applicants whereas Shri Rajesh Kumar Singh, learned Standing Counsel is present on behalf of State.

The applicants are before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceedings against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the judgment and order dated 29.08.2013 passed in Writ Petition No. 44424 of 2013 (Bhola Prasad alias Bhola Nath & 3 Others vs. State of U.P. Through Secretary & 3 others).

From perusal of the record, it appears that either the order of the writ Court has been complied with or the parties have lost their interest.

In the circumstances, it is needless to keep pending this contempt application.

In view of the same, the present contempt application is dismissed.

However, in case, any relief still survives in the present application, the applicants shall be at liberty to file application for revival of the present application.
