1. Heard Sri Ram Jatan Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sanjay Chaturvedi, learned counsel for the respondent nos.3, 4 and 5.

2. Present petition has been filed for the following relief:

"(A) Issue a suitable writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing to the Respondents i.e. Respondent No.03 & 04 to release and pay the entire unpaid arrears of salary to the petitioner computing since Month July 2015 to Month of January 2016 in view of the judgment dated 19.08.2017 passed in Writ-A No.-33360 of 2017 inre Angad Yadav & 07 othres versus State of U.P. and 04 others and further be pleased to direct to pay the monetary benefits of 7th Pay commission report, i.e. Bonus, differences of arrears by re-fixing the pension & post retiral benefits along with 18% cumulative interest, computing since the due date of payment to till date of actual payment to be made in accordance with law.

(B) Issue any such other and further suitable writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus which this Hon'ble court may deems to be just and appropriate under the prevailing facts and circumstances of the case so that the petitioner shall not suffer irreparable loss and injury in the ends of justice."

3. At the outset, it is stated at the Bar that the facts of the present case are wholly covered by the decision of a learned Judge of this Court in Writ A No.33360 of 2017 (Angad Yadav And 7 Others Vs. State of U.P. And 4 Others) decided on 19.08.2017.

4. In view of such similarity of facts, the present petition is also allowed on the same terms.
