Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Government Advocate for the State respondents.
By means of this writ petition the petitioner has prayed for writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties for holding fair investigation in pursuance of the first information report registered as FIR/Case Crime No. 0041 of 2021, under Sections 147, 148, 307, 323, 380, 427, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station - Unchahar, District - Raibareli.
Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that the petitioner has appropriate remedy before the competent Court. He has placed reliance on the judgment of Sakiri Vasu Vs. State of U.P. and Others, 2008 (9) SCC 409.
In view of the law laid down by Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Sakiri Vasu (Supra) this writ petition stands disposed of.
