The petitioners are before this Court for a direction to respondents to pay the minimum pay scale to them, which has been fixed by the department and for a further direction to the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioners in the light of the judgment passed in the case of State of Punjab & Ors. v. Jagjit Singh & Ors., (2017) 1 SCC 148 and Sabha Shanker Dube v. Divisional Forest Officer & Ors., 2018 LawSuit (SC) 1134 decided on 14.11.2018.

No useful purpose will be served in keeping the writ petition pending consideration.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the writ petition stands disposed of with observation that in case the petitioners make fresh representation ventilating their grievances to the authority concerned within ten days, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law in further two months.

Present order has been passed with due assistance of Shri Sharad Chandra Upadhyay, learned State Law Officer.

The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.

The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
