This writ petition has been filed to seek a direction to the Central Administrative Tribunal, New Delhi to expedite the proceedings in original application preferred in the year 2015.

The counsel for the petitioner has given reference to the proceedings conducted by the Central Administrative Tribunal, New Delhi from time to time. At one stage, the matter was heard finally and reserved for judgment. It was then released for hearing by the Division Bench. The Division Bench had also heard the matter but thereupon released.

We are not required to go in the history of this case as to how the proceedings have been conducted by the Central Administrative Tribunal, New Delhi but taking note of the fact that original application was preferred in the year 2015 against the transfer order, keeping matter pending for six years cannot be said to proper.

In view of the above, learned Central Administrative Tribunal, New Delhi is requested to expedite the proceedings and decide the pending original application within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
