The petitioners have approached this Court seeking for a direction to the respondents to provide the minimum of the pay scale to the petitioners for the post of Mali (Class-IV) in view of the judgment and order dated 2501.2019 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.16326 (SS) of 2017 (Ramesh Kumar Yadav vs State of Uttar Pradesh and others) and the judgment and order dated 08.08.2020 passed in Writ Petition No.12278 (SS) of 2020 (Dhani Ram vs State of Uttar Pradesh and others).

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners has made an innocuous prayer that the petitioners may be given liberty to represent their case before the competent authority.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the State has no objection to the innocuous prayer made by petitioners.

Without entering into the merits of the case and after considering the innocuous prayer made by the petitioners, the petitioners are directed to move a fresh detailed representation along with copies of this order and the writ petition before the Director, Horticulture and Food Processing, Lucknow (opposite party no.2) within a week from today, who shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the certified copy or self attested computer generated copy of this order.

The concerned Court/ Authority/ Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant petition is disposed of.
