Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents and Sri Pankaj Kumar Gupta, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.4, Gram Panchayat.

Present petition has been filed with following prayer:-

"(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 25.5.2021 passed by Sub Divisional Magistrate, Naugarh, District- Siddharth Nagar (Annexure-10 to the writ petition)

(ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the District Magistrate, Siddharth Nagar to decide the representations of petitioner and her husband, which are pending since long time within stipulated period."

In view of the judgment rendered in the case of Hari Pal vs. State of U.P. and Others (Case no. 16086 of 2020) decided along with other connected matters by Lucknow Bench of this Court vide judgment dated 24.5.2021, controversy regarding entitlement of self- help group has come to an end.

At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.

Accordingly, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
