Appellant is exempted from filing certified copy of the judgment dated 08.12.2020.

Order on Memo of Appeal

By this appeal, a challenge is made to the judgment dated 08.12.2020 whereby the writ petition preferred by the petitioner was dismissed.

The writ petition was filed to seek a direction for consideration of the application dated 01.10.2020 for correction of date of birth in the mark-sheet issued by the respondents in the year 2006.

The writ petition was dismissed in reference to the provisions of the U.P. Intermediate Education Act, 1921 providing three years period for correction in the mark-sheet. The period given therein expired in the year 2009 itself whereas application for correction was moved in October, 2020. The dismissal of the writ petition finding application to be not maintainable after a period of three years has been questioned but no ground for it has been advanced.

Accordingly, we do not find any error in the judgment of learned Single Judge to cause interference.

The appeal fails and is dismissed.
