Heard Shri Shivendu Ojha, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Sanjay Kumar Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State respondents.

The present petition arises out of the order dated 17.2.2020 passed by the first respondent.

This Court vide its judgment dated 14.10.2020 passed in Writ A No.5540 of 2020 (C/M Sri Durga Ji Purva Madhyamik Balika Jamin And Another Vs. State of U.P. and 4 Others) had quashed the impugned order in respect of the other petitioners.

Learned counsel for the parties agree that the facts of the present case are squarely covered by the decision of this Court dated 14.10.2020 passed in Writ A No. 5540 of 2020.

In view of the fact that the present matter is squarely covered by the decision of this Court dated 14.10.2020, present writ petition is allowed and the impugned order dated 17.2.2020 is set aside. The petitioners shall also be eligible for the benefit of the orders passed in judgment dated 14.10.2020 in Writ A No.5540 of 2020.

Copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court shall be treated as certified copy of this order.
