Heard Shri Kishori Lal Yadav, learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State-respondents.

This writ petition has been filed by Smt. Reetu Bharti, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to lodge the FIR against the accused persons, namely, Ashish Kumar Verma, Ishwari Prasad Singh and Smt. Arti Verma, second wife of Ashish Kumar Verma, for committing the offence under Sections 494, 420, 467, 468, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C.

Learned A.G.A. has drawn our attention towards the prayer made in the present writ petition and has pointed out that the controversy involved in the present matter has already been decided by this Court in similar matter in Misc. Bench No.24492 of 2020 : Waseem Haider Vs. State of U.P. Through Principal Secretary, Home Lko & Others vide judgment and order dated 14.12.2020 dismissing the said petition, hence, the present petition be also dismissed in terms of the said order.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed in terms of the order dated 14.12.2020 (Supra).

The party shall file computer generated copy of order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by it alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (s) (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number (s) to which the said Aadhar Card is linked, before the concerned Court/Authority/Official.

The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of the computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
