It is stated by the counsel for the parties that judgment in question has already been set aside by this Court in Special Appeal (D) No. 318 of 2021 (Nishant Yadav and 28 Others Vs. The Registrar General, Allahabad High Court, Allahabad, U.P. and 5 others) vide judgment dated 12.04.2021.

A joint request has been made by the parties to cover this appeal by the judgment dated 12.04.2021.

It is submitted that petitioners/non-appellants are also same, thereby, no purpose remains now to keep this appeal pending because the judgment in question has already been set aside in the case of Nishant Yadav and 28 others (supra).

In view of the agreement between the parties and taking note that the impugned judgment has already been set aside by this Court in the case of Nishant Yadav and 28 others (supra), no purpose remains to keep this matter pending rather the appeal is allowed and it is ordered to be governed by the judgment dated 12.04.2021 and thereby the judgment of learned Single Judge is set aside.
