Order on Correction Application No.02 of 2021:-

In the last but one paragraph of the judgment and order dated 07.07.2021, the following shall be added:-

"The statutory deposit of Rs.25,000/- made by the Insurance Company shall be remitted to the Claim Tribunal for adjustment in the total amount to be deposited by the Insurance Company under the order of this Court."

The correction application is, accordingly, allowed.
