1. Heard Sri Pranjal Mehrotra, learned counsel for the appellant.
2. The appellant-Bhartiya Rashtriya Rajmarg Pradhikaran being aggrieved by the order dated 06.08.2020 passed by the District Judge, Shahjahanpur in Arbitration Case No.11 of 2016, under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has preferred the present appeal under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as 'Act, 1996') praying for setting aside the order dated 06.08.2020 passed by the District Judge, Shahjahanpur.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that controversy involved in present appeal is identical to Appeal No.8 of 2021.
4. The controversy involved in the present appeal has already been decided by this Court in Appeal No.8 of 2021 (Bhartiya Rashtriya Rajmarg Pradhikaran Vs. Smt. Manju Dixit and Another) under Section 37 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 by judgement and order dated 19.04.2021 consequently, the present appeal is dismissed in the light of judgment dated 19.04.2021 in Appeal No. 8 of 2021.
