Learned counsel for the applicant submits that on 16.5.2019 a similar case being Application U/S 482 No.-19616 of 2019 between same parties has been allowed quashing the entire criminal proceedings and in this case also the same order may be passed.

Accordingly, put up this case on 31.5.2019 as a fresh case before the appropriate Bench showing the name of Sri Shahabuddin, as counsel for opposite party no. 2.
