Heard Sri Manish Misra, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Notices on behalf of opposite parties have been accepted by the office of the learned Chief Standing Counsel.

By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed that the opposite party No.2 be directed to grant approval for appointment of the petitioner, which has already been forwarded by the Committee of Management on 12.02.2019, and accordingly pay the salary to the petitioner for the post of Head Clerk on which he is selected and rendering his services in the Institution for the last six months.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed reliance upon the judgment of this Court in re: Jagdish Singh vs. State of U.P. and others reported in (2006) 2 UPLBEC 1851 by submitting that the issue in question may be decided in terms of order being passed in the matter of Jagdish Singh (supra).

List this petition on 24.05.2019 as fresh to enable the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel to seek complete instructions in the matter.
