Heard Sri Sivendra Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Notices on behalf of opposite parties have been accepted by the office of the learned Chief Standing Counsel.

By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has set-forth the case that despite the petitioner having been obtained marks to be selected as Constable in Civil Police but he has been selected as Constable in Provincial Armed Constabulary (P.A.C.) contrary to the preference opted by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the persons, who have obtained less marks than the petitioner, have been selected as Constable in the Civil Police, while the petitioner has been ignored.

Let necessary instruction be obtained on the aforesaid point by the learned Standing Counsel.

List this petition on 20.05.2019 as fresh.
