Hon'ble Rajesh Singh Chauhan,J.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This Court has passed the order dated 03.05.2019 as under:-

"Heard Sri G.C. Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned State counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party nos.1 & 2 while a memorandum of appearance by Sri Deepanshu Dass on behalf of the opposite party no.3 is taken on record.

The office is directed to print the name of Sri Deepanshu Dass when the case is next listed.

By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 12.03.2019 whereby the post of Deputy Director, Food Processing on which the petitioner is currently working has been abolished on account of the fact that there is no work now remaining to perform by the official on the same. The learned counsel for the petitioner has, however, drawn the attention to the various letters and notings of the opposite parties themselves which have been brought on record as annexures to the writ petition which indicated the fact that even after 2016 relevant and important work was being performed by the petitioner on the said post. The two documents are clearly contradictory.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned State counsel is directed to obtain instructions with regard to the contradiction indicated hereinabove.

List this case on 09.05.2019 as a fresh case in the additional cause list."

Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has submitted that he could not receive the complete instructions in the matter, therefore, atleast 48 hours time may be granted him to seek complete instructions in the matter.
