The dispute in this petition centres around the two medical certificate A-2 and A-3 dated 9.12.1993 and 4.1.1994 alleged to have been submitted by the petitioner before the Enquiry Officer. In order to verify whether the said certificate in original were produced before the Enquiry Officer, we direct the Additional Chief Standing Counsel to procure the record of the Enquiry Officer and to produce it for the perusal of the Court on the next date of listing i.e. on 22.5.2019.
