3. Issue notice to the respondents by speed / registered post.

4. Call for record of Court below.

5. Steps be taken immediately.

6. Stay on deposit of the entire decretal amount awarded by Court below in M.A.C.P. No.709 of 2016, if not already deposited within two months from today, out of which, 25% shall be invested in an interest fetching account / FDR in a nationalised Bank and the balance 75% shall be released to the claimant - respondents without furnishing security within one month thereafter.
