Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that in an identical matter i.e. Writ Petition No.32519 (S/S) of 2018; Abha Srivastava vs. State of U.P. & others, this Court has passed an interim order dated 13.11.2018, therefore, such interim protection may be granted in favour of the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the opposite parties has submitted that the opposite parties shall consider the candidature of the petitioners in view of the interim direction given in the case of Abha Srivastava (supra) at a particular point of time, but he may be given two weeks' time to file counter affidavit.

Let the counter affidavit be filed within two weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within a week thereafter.

List this petition in the week commencing 01.04.2019 as fresh.
