An impleadment application was filed on behalf of Gaurav Sharma through Mr. Abhay Kumar Singh, Advocate, the same is taken on record.

It is contended by Mr. Abhay Kumar Singh, learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that inspite of the fact that letter dated 25.1.2019 was written on behalf of Director of Education (Basic) U.P., Prayagraj to the District Basic Education Officer, Ghaziabad, till date no payment has been made to the petitioner. It is further contended that only in the name of some enquiry the petitioner is not getting his salary since January, 2018.

In this background of the matter, Mr. J. K. Tiwari, learned counsel for the District Basic Education Officer prays for time to seek instructions in the matter.
