Heard Sri Bhagwandeen Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Rajeev Singh Chauhan, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel and Sri J.B.S. Rathour, learned counsel for the opposite party no.3.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that in regard to prayer made in the present writ petition for his posting in his home town, he has already preferred a representation to the opposite party no.3 on 26.01.2019 but the same has not been considered till date. Therefore he made a prayer for a direction to the opposite party no.3 to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner within some stipulated period.
Learned counsel for the respondent have no objection to the request made by learned counsel for the petitioner.
Considering the submission of learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the opposite party no.3 to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 26.01.2019, contained in Annexure No. 4 to the writ petition in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
