Heard Sri Ashok Khare, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Mr. Sunil Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition challenging the order dated 1.3.2019 passed by the District Basic Education Officer, Jaunpur.

One of the ground taken in the present case is that the order impugned has been passed in complete violation of principles of natural justice and without affording any opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner relied upon a judgement of the Supreme Court in the case of Assistant Commissioner, Commercial Tax Department, Works Contract and Leasing, Kota Vs. M/s Shukla and Brothers reported at 2010 AIR SCW 3277.

In view of the same, at this juncture, Mr. Mrigraj Singh, learned counsel for the respondents no.3 and 4 prays for and is granted a week's time to seek instructions in the matter.
