From perusal of records, it transpires that the proceeding of lower court has been stayed vide order dated 30.9.2005. This application under section 482 Cr.P.C was filed in the year 2005 and is pending since 13 years on the account of interim order granted by this Court on 30.9.2005.

List this case in the next cause list.

However, interim order granted by this Court on 30.9.2005 shall be treated as vacated in view of law laid down by Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Pvt. Ltd. v. Central Bureau of Investigation A.I.R. 2018 S.C. 2039.
