None appears on behalf of the petitioner to press this writ petition, while Sri Ran Vijay Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents is present.

This Court passed the order dated 05.12.2018 as under:-

"Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Vide order dated 17.07.2018, learned Standing Counsel was directed to produce the record along with original copy of Manager's return reflecting the strength of teachers and other employees of the institution in question.

Learned Standing Counsel requested for further time to comply with the aforesaid order of this Court.

Prayer is allowed.

List this petition on 14.12.2018, on which date learned Standing Counsel shall comply with the earlier order of this Court."

In compliance of the aforesaid order, Sri Ran Vijay Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has produced the relevant record.

On perusal of the relevant records, it reveals that name of the petitioner does not find place in the original copy of the Manager's return.

The original records are being returned.
