Heard Sri Vibhu Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner. Perused the order dated 20.2.2019 passed by this Court. Sri Vibhu Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the controversy is sqarely covered by the judgement rendered by the different Benches of this Court reference of which has already been taken note in the order dated 20.2.2019. He further contended that inspite of the order the name of Mr. P. P. Yadav has not shown in the cause list.
