Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

The only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to the court below to decide the Complaint Case No. 2675 of 2017 (Raj Kumar Sonkar Vs. Vivek Nishad), under section 138 N.I. Act, P.S. George Town, District Allahabad pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M. Court No. 8, Allahabad within the stipulated period.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application under section 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the Complaint Case No. 2675 of 2017 (Raj Kumar Sonkar Vs. Vivek Nishad), under section 138 N.I. Act, P.S. George Town, District Allahabad pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M. Court No. 8, Allahabad in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
