Heard Sri Rakesh Chandra Rastogi, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Notices on behalf of opposite parties have been accepted by the office of the learned Chief Standing Counsel.

By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:-

"(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party Nos.3 and 4 to pay regularly the complete family pension amount payable on each month to the humble petitioner, as per her representation dated 20.05.2019, contained with the instant writ petition as Annexure No.5, without any further delay for survival of the petitioner in old age, to meet the ends of justice."

Learned counsel fort the petitioner after arguing the matter at some length has submitted that for redressal of her grievance, the petitioner has preferred a representation dated 20.05.2019, which is contained as Annexure No.5 to the writ petition, to the Director, Forensic Scientific Laboratory, Vigyanpuri, Mahanagar, Lucknow (opposite party No.3), but till date, no action has been taken by the authority concerned on the representation of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed that ends of justice would suffice if necessary direction for disposal of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner is issued to the authority concerned within a stipulated time.

Learned counsel for the opposite parties has no objection if necessary direction for disposal of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner is issued.

Therefore, considering innocuous prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner, without entering into merits of the issue, the Director, Forensic Scientific Laboratory, Vigyanpuri, Mahanagar, Lucknow (opposite party No.3), is hereby directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 20.05.2019, which is contained as Annexure No.5 to the writ petition, strictly in accordance with law by a speaking and reasoned order, with expedition preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order and thereafter the decision thereof shall be communicated to the petitioner forthwith.

In view of the aforesaid terms, the writ petition is disposed of finally.
