Heard learned counsel for the applicant on short term bail application, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the marriage of brother of applicant namely Manish Trivedi is fixed on 2.5.2019. The applicant wants to attend the marriage ceremony. He further submits that the applicant has falsely been implicated in the present case and he is languishing in jail since 31.5.2017.
Per contra; learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail and argued that applicant is involved in a murder case. There is no sufficient ground to release the applicant on short term bail.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, I do not find any ground to release the applicant on short term bail.
Consequently, the prayer for short term bail is refused and the short term bail application of the applicant is hereby rejected.
