Heard Sri Badrish Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioners.

Notices on behalf of opposite party Nos.1 & 3 have been accepted by the office of the learned Chief Standing Counsel, while Sri Raj Kumar Singh Suryvanshi, learned counsel has accepted notices on behalf of opposite party No.2.

Since the instructions from the opposite party Nos. 2 and 3 are required, therefore, as to whether the notice to opposite party No.4 shall be issued nor not, would be decided on the next date.

List this petition on 07.05.2019 to enable the learned counsel for the opposite party Nos.2 and 3 to seek complete instructions in the matter.

In the meantime, if any action is taken against the petitioner, the same shall be subject to further orders of this Court.
