Notices on behalf of opposite parties have been accepted by the office of the learned Chief Standing Counsel.

By means of this writ petition, the petitioners have prayed that the opposite parties may be directed to consider the candidature of the petitioners for any suitable post under the scheme of Ex-gratia appointment for survival of family of the deceased employee, who died in terrorist/ militant attack.

Sri Ran Vijay Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents has submitted that he may be granted atleast one week's time to seek instructions in the matter as to whether there is any scheme as referred by the petitioners.
