Steps be taken immediately.

Stay on deposit of the entire decretal amount awarded by Court below in E.C.A. Case No.857 of 2015, if not already deposited within two months from today, out of which, 25% shall be invested in an interest fetching account / FDR in a nationalised Bank and the balance 75% shall be released to the claimant - respondents without furnishing security within one month thereafter.
