Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

The appellant has preferred this intra court appeal against the order dated 28.3.2012 whereby his writ petition has been dismissed.

The appeal is reported to be beyond time by 2167 days as the order impugned is of the year 2012. We are not convinced with the explanation submitted for filing the appeal with such a long delay. Moreover appellant was seeking admission in special B.T.C. Urdu Course-2006 on the basis of his high school certificate and the intermediate mark-sheet wherein he was shown to have secured 414 and 340 marks respectively but the said certificate and the mark-sheet were found to be fake for the reason that the appellant passed intermediate in 3rd division.

In view of the above, neither on merits nor otherwise we find that the appeal deserves to be entertained and the same is dismissed with liberty to the appellant to raise his grievance before the Secretary, Education U.P. Government, Lucknow.

No order as to cost.
